Who we are
Emily Daza is a licensed health insurance agent, NPN 21284721, licensed in Florida and in other states. You can verify her license through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR). We can only sell or discuss coverage in states where we are licensed and appointed.
This site is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (HealthCare.gov) or any state agency.

Quotes, plans and eligibility
Plan availability, benefits, networks, premiums and start dates vary by state, ZIP code, age, household and other factors, and can change at any time. Many private plans ask health questions and may limit or exclude coverage for pre-existing conditions. Private plans are not ACA Marketplace plans and may not include every ACA benefit.
Any quote is an estimate until the insurance company approves your application. Coverage is subject to the insurance company's underwriting, approval and the terms of the policy actually issued. If anything on this site conflicts with your policy documents, your policy documents control.
Our services
There is no fee to work with our team. Agents are typically paid commissions by the insurance companies they represent. Submitting a form does not create coverage or an agent-client relationship until we confirm it with you.
