Information we collect

When you request a quote, schedule a call or apply to join the team, we collect what you enter, such as your name, mobile number, email, ZIP code, who needs coverage, household size, work situation, coverage priorities, best time to call and any answers you choose to share about current coverage, doctors or prescriptions.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the page you submitted a form from. Google reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information to tell people from bots.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment details or medical records through this website. Please don't send them by web form or email.
